Where is my order?

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days and shipping transit time is usually 2-3 business days – please refer to the email you used during checkout for tracking information.

 

How do I change my personal information (Email/Credit Card/Address)?

Can I add/remove something from my order?

Unfortunately once an order is placed specific items cannot be removed or added – Orders can be cancelled but if they have already been fulfilled a 15% restock fee will be applied to the refund.

What are decodollars and how can I use them?

How do I download digital products?

A link will be sent to the email you used during checkout and can be downloaded through there – make sure and check your spam folder.

I can’t check out?

If you receive a “variant invalid” error or have other issues during checkout most of the time an item in your cart is sold out. Please review the items to complete checkout.

How do I sign up?

When does the payment process?

On the day you sign up and every month after that on the same day.

When does it ship?

On of before the 7th of the month.

How do I change my personal information (Email/Credit Card/Address)?

Everything related to the monthly boxes are managed through PayPal. Here are the steps to updating your account:

  1. Login to your paypal account.
  2. Click the settings icon next to “Log out” and select account settings.
  3. Click money, banks and cards on the left of the page.
  4. Click set automatic payments in the “Automatic payments” section.
  5. Click the agreements you want to view and update.
  6. Email [email protected] to let our team know about the update.

Log into Damonites.com and it will direct you to the correct Facebook group to join.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Do I have access to training material forever?

You have access to anything that you download and save yourself permanently and you have access to everything with an active membership

How much and how do I sign up for any of the coaching memberships?
