Attach your 21" deco mesh to wreath form. Start with an 8" poof at the top then work your way around the wreath form attaching a 10" poof at each anchoring spot. Start with the top ring of the form. Continue along the bottom ring of the form making your poofs slightly larger than the ones on top. Cut end when done.
Take your 10" mesh and use a rotary cutter to cut 36 10" strips to make curls. Roll two strips into loose curls. Cross your two curls at the center and attach them to the wreath form at each twist tie. Start with the top ring then do the bottom.
Take your sign and attach one pipe cleaner diagonally at each corner with a staple gun. Make sure that your staples are not thicker than your sign, you don't want them to pop through the front. Use hot glue gun on each corner to make sure your staple and pipe cleaner are secure.
Attach wreath sign to the center of the wreath using the secured pipe cleaners.
Attach one of your bows at the top of the wreath and one at the bottom. Trim the ends of your bow tails making sure that they aren't all the same length.
Take your 2.5" ribbon and cut 16 ribbon tails, 14 inches each. Using a ribbon tail board will make this easier. Next, dove tail trim the ribbon tails at both ends.
Repeat this process with the 1.5" ribbon.
Place one 1.5" ribbon tail on top of a 2.5" one. Fold them in half and pinch at the center point. Attach at each twist tie on the wreath form. Repeat at all twist ties of the wreath form.
Use wire cutters to trim your greenery stems and separate into largish chunks. Put hot glue at the end of the stems and add evenly through the wreath.
Repeat with the floral with greenery stems.
Separate off some smaller pieces of greenery and fill in the rest of the wreath, using hot glue to secure the stems in place.
