Start by using super glue to attach 4 mounting squares to the back of your sign. Set aside so it can dry.
Next, cut 9 36" strips of both 10" deco meshes.
Fluff your frame and then take your first strip of deco mesh. Slightly curl in each and and then scrunch towards the center to make a ruffle. Attach to one of the ties on the bottom rung of the wreath frame. Repeat this process with the remaining strips of mesh, alternating colors, until all the ties are full.
Next, attach pipe cleaners to the mounting squares on your sign then attach the sign to the top of the wreath.
Now add your Valentine bow under the sign. Fluff the bow, trim the tails at an angle then gently curl the ends.
Attach the two Terri bows to the wreath then trim and curl the ends of the tails.
Next, use a 2.5" and 1.5" ribbon to make ribbon tails. Measure 14" tails of each ribbon. Place the smaller on top of the larger ribbon then fold them in half. Pinch at the center and add the pinch to the ties on the wreath frame. Use as many as you need to fill and balance out the wreath.
