Take the blue mesh and make 6 poufs going around the frame.
Take the yellow mesh and make 6 poufs going around outside of the frame.
Use the yellow mesh to make poufs in the center of the frame and cut the mesh.
Prepare to attach your heart sign. Cut out small squares of craft foam and stack them 2 squares thick. Take one pipe cleaner for each stack and staple the pipe cleaners to the squares and the sign. Double-check the front of the sign to make sure your staples didn’t poke through. Repeat this process 3 times: 2 across the top and 1 at the bottom of the sign.
Attach your heart sign to your wreath using the pipe cleaners you just added to the sign.
Attach your bow to the bottom of your wreath, down under and to the side of the sign using the pipe cleaner you used to secure your bow.
Attach your smaller bow to the top left section of your wreath using the pipe cleaner you used to secure your bow.
Clean up the tails by dovetailing the ends. Then fluff the bows and arrange the bows and mesh.
Using your ribbon tail boards, measure out 10 tails with two 1.5” ribbons and one 2.5” ribbon. Cut the tails and dovetail the ends, then stack them, pinch them in the middle, and attach them to your wreath at the twists that you already have. Repeat the process with the rest of your tail stacks going around the outside of your wreath.
Fluff out and arrange your ribbons and trim up any tails that you want.
