Take your boxwood greenery spray and separate it in half.
Weave the boxwood greenery stems down into the left side of the grapevine base. Insert the stems in opposite directions so that they come together in the middle. Use a zip tie, pipe cleaner, or hot glue to secure the stems.
Take the buttonbush greenery spray and separate it by cutting off the smaller stems from the main stem. Insert the individual stems into the wreath base around the boxwood sprays to create full, thick bundles. Use a little bit of hot glue to secure them in place.
Let's make our burlap bow. Take your burlap ribbon and measure out a tail that comes part way down your greenery – about 6-8 inches. Pinch the ribbon together and bring it up and back to create a loop. Pinch both pieces of ribbon together. Repeat the process to create a 2nd loop while holding the bow in your hand loosely.
Create a mini loop for the center “button” and twist it. Take your pipe cleaner use a small portion to secure the bow. Use the remaining part of your pipe cleaner to secure the bow to the grapevine base. Cut the second bow tail to match the length of the first one.Reverse curl the tails and fluff the bow.
Do any final arranging and fluffing of the bow and greenery, and you're done!
