Start by fluffing out your wreath base if you need to.
Starting on the top rung of your wreath, take the 21" mesh and make a pouf that is tall enough to cover the pine and add it to the evergreen, using the evergreen stems as pipe cleaners. Continue this until your top rung is full and then continue on to the second rung.
Next, use the rotary cutter to cut your two 10" meshes into 20 total strips. Take one strip at a time and make ruffles. Add them periodically throughout the wreath, alternating colors. Note: To make a ruffle, curl in the ends of your strip of mesh then scrunch it up the center.
Use the super glue to attach 4 mounting squares to the back of your sign. Once it is dry use pipe cleaners to attach the sign to the wreath.
Add your rag bow to the wreath.
Now cut your ribbon into 14" tails and dovetail the ends. Decide how you want to group your ribbons together. I made two sets: one with (3) 1.5" tails and a set with one tail of each ribbon size.
Take the ribbon tail stacks, fold the tails in half, and pinch the center together. Attach the stack to the wreath frame. Repeat with the remaining ribbon tails until your wreath is as full as you like it.
Next, trim the white floral stems and use hot glue to add them to the wreath around your sign.
Then trim your lemon pick stem and use hot glue to add them into the wreath, working them in all the way around.
