Start by adding your pipe cleaners to your wreath frames. Evenly space the pipe cleaners and add them in a zig zag pattern, alternating between the inner and outer rungs.
Next cut 18 22" strips of each mesh.
Starting with one of the mesh strips, roll up the edges a little bit and then scrunch it up the center to make a ruffle. Add the center part of the ruffle to one of the ties on the outside rung. Continue doing this, alternating mesh colors until the outer rung is full. Then repeat the same process around the inner rung.
Now, repeat the same process with your smaller wreath frame.
Add one bow to the top of your large wreath and one to the bottom. Then add the third bow between them to the left.
Next cut 4 14" ribbon tails of each of your 4 ribbons then dovetail the ends.
Choose which two ribbons you want to go together and then take one of each tail and place one on top of the other. Fold the tails in half and pinch the center together. Attach the center pinch to a twist tie on the outside rung of the wreath frame. For the next tie, use your other two ribbons and do the same thing. Repeat with the remaining ribbon tails and twist ties on the outer rung, continuing to alternate your ribbon tail sets.
Next, dovetail the ends of all the tails on your bows, trimming them at varying lengths.
Use the hot glue to attach your mounting square to the back of your sign. Let it dry then feed a pipe cleaner through the back. Feed the pipe cleaner through the mesh and attach it to the wreath frame.
Attach the larger bow that you made to the smaller wreath. Then cut and attach your ribbon tails in the same way that you did for the large wreath but cut 2 extra of each to add to the top rung of the wreath rail.
Finally, trim your greenery into smaller stems and use the hot glue to add it into the wreath is the areas where there aren't any ribbon tails. Also add some behind the bow and right into the bow.
