Start by getting the wreath frame ready. Pull the ties on the top rung up and the ones on the bottom rung out.
Next, take the 21" mesh and curl the end under a couple of times. Then scrunch towards the center to make a ruffle. Add that ruffle to one of the ties on the top rung of the frame. Make a 10" poof and add it to the next tie. Then continue around the top of the wreath frame then the bottom rung. When all the ties are full, trim the mesh from the roll.
Now use the rotary cutter to cut 9 20" strips of both your 10" mesh colors.
Take one, curl up the ends, then scrunch toward the center to make a ruffle. Add your ruffle to one of the ties on the bottom rung of the frame. Then use the other color for the next tie. Continue around the bottom rung and then the top rung until each tie is full, alternating colors as you go.
Next use the super glue to attach your mounting squares to the back of your sign. Then add hot glue around the edges of the mounting squares. Once the glue is dry, add a pipe cleaner to each mounting square and twist if off.
Use the pipe cleaners on your sign to push through the mesh and attach it to the frame on the right side of your wreath.
Then use the same method to add your bows to the wreath at the top, bottom, and opposite of your sign.
Use your ribbon tail board to cut 5 14” ribbon tails of two 2.5” and two 1.5” ribbons. Dovetail both ends of the tails.
Take one 1.5" and one 2.5" each type of ribbon tail and place one on top of the other. Fold the tails in half and pinch the center together. Attach the center pinch to a twist tie on the outside of the wreath frame. Then do the same thing with the other two tails. Repeat with the remaining ribbon tails and twist ties, alternating the sets as you go.
Finally, dovetail the ends of the ribbon tails on your bows at varying lengths.
