Prepare the sign. Remove any stickers or packaging. Add a dab of superglue in each of the corners and put a mounting square on top of each glue dot. Insert a pipe cleaner into each mounting square. Let it dry while you move on.
Make 10" deco mesh poofs along the top of the frame and then around the bottom of the frame.
Make ruffles with your 20" strips of mesh and attach one ruffle to each pipe cleaner around the top of the frame.
Take your 10" strips and make curls. Cross one curl over another and attach each pair into a set of pipe cleaners, making your way around the bottom of the wreath.
Attach the snowman sign using the pipe cleaners you added to the back.
Make your bow. Measure 8-inch tails with 7-inch loops in an “X” shape. The next layer will have 8-inch tails and 6.5” loops and sit on top of the bottom layer in an offset way so that you can see all the bows and tails.Your 3rd layer will have 8” tails with 6” loops and offset the 2nd layer. Then your 4th layer will be similar with the loops being slightly smaller at 5.5”.Your 5th layer will be two 8-inch tails with one 5” center loop.Attach two pipe cleaners together to make a double-length pipe cleaner. Wrap your long pipe cleaner around the center of your bow and secure with a twist.
Repeat this process to make 2 more identical bows.
Attach each bow to the left side of the wreath, covering the side from the top to the bottom. Dovetail the ends.
Make 7 ribbon tails with 4 of the ribbons (two 2.5” and two 1.5” ribbons). Dovetail all the ends.
Pair up your ribbon tails, each pair containing a smaller ribbon and a larger one. Attach a set of ribbon tails to every set of pipe cleaners around the bottom of the wreath. Alternate ribbon tail pairs as you go around the wreath. Then add your 4 last pairs of ribbon tails to the top of the wreath, around the sign.
