Prepare your wreath base by straightening out the pipe cleaners.
Take your strips of mesh one at a time and roll them loosely into a tube. Then pinch them at 5 inches from one end and tie it into a pipe cleaner.Repeat the same process for the other end of the tube, this time tying it into an adjacent pipe cleaner.Continue this process all the way around the bottom of your wreath base, alternating colors as you go. Then move to the top level and do this same process, going around the base twice to fill in visual gaps.
Prepare your mask. Add 4 drops of superglue to the inside of the mask. You want to spread out your drops around the mask so that you'll have one at the top, bottom, and on each side. Place a mounting square over each dab of glue. Insert a pipe cleaner to each mounting square.
Attach your mask to the center of your wreath by pushing the pipe cleaners through to the back and attaching them to the wreath base.
Let's make some ribbon tails. Cut 18 ribbon tails for EACH ribbon color.Dovetail the ends.
Make 18 stacks of ribbon tails, including each color in one stack. Pinch them in the middle and attach each stack to your wreath using the pipe cleaners, making your way around the wreath.
