Add pipe cleaners to your ring wreath frame. Alternate inserting one pipe cleaner into a hole on the inner ring, then the next pipe cleaner goes into a hole in the outer ring.Continue alternating all the way around the ring.
Make 10" poufs around the inner row of pipe cleaners with your orange deco mesh.
Make ruffles with your 30” strips of mesh. Insert one ruffle into each pipe cleaner on the outer ring of the frame, alternating colors, as you work your way around the frame.Repeat the same process around the inner ring of the frame using the 20” strips of mesh and alternating colors.
Super glue a mounting square to each corner of the back of your sign. Insert a pipe cleaner into each mounting square.Set the sign aside and let the glue dry.
Time to make a simple bow.Take the 4” ribbon and make a 14” tail toward the bottom, two 7” loops, and one shorter tail towards the top (in an “X” shape).Take your first 2.5” ribbon and repeat the process, making the tails the same length and the loops slightly smaller at about 6.5”. Offset this layer from the bottom layer.Grab the first 1.5” ribbon and repeat again, making the loops smaller at 6”. Offset this layer from the layer below.Repeat the process again with your second 2.5” ribbon, making the loops 5.5”. Offset this layer from the one below.Next, take your second 1.5” ribbon and follow the same process, making both loops around 5”. Offset this layer from the one below.Finally, grab your last 1.5” ribbon and make two long tails and one 4.5” inch center loop. Grab a 20” zip tie and wrap it around the center of your bow. Twist it tightly. Attach your bow to the left side of the wreath base and dovetail the ribbon tails.
Using the pipe cleaners on the back of the sign, attach the sign to the bottom right side of the wreath base.
Make some ribbon tails.Cut (8) 14” ribbon tails from your 4” ribbon.Next, cut (8) 14” ribbon tails from 1.5” ribbon.Dovetail all the ends and stack a 1.5” tail on top of a 4” ribbon tail.
Take one ribbon tail stack and fold it in the middle. Pinch it and insert it into one of the pipe cleaners on the wreath. Insert one ribbon tail stack into each pipe cleaner as you work your way around the outside of the wreath.Add any additional ribbon tails as needed into the middle of the wreath where it looks bare.
Trim off excess pipe cleaner pieces and add a pipe cleaner to the top of the wreath board frame to create a hanger.Fluff everything out, dovetail any ends of ribbon you missed, and your wreath is complete!
