Take your wreath frame and add pipe cleaners to it. Alternate 6 pipe cleaners on two rings of pipe cleaners (pattern is outside, inside, outside, all the way around the ring).
Grab the 21” deco mesh and make 8" poufs. Continue all the way around the inner ring, then cut it off.Do the same thing with the outer ring of pipe cleaners. Fluff out the middle sections of each “pouf” to make it appear bigger and fuller.
Make ruffles with the 20” strips of mesh. Alternate colors of mesh as you insert one ruffle into each pipe cleaner on the outer ring of the frame. Repeat the same process around the inner ring of pipe cleaners.
Prepare your sign by adhering a mounting square at the top and the bottom of the sign. Add a dab of super glue around the edge of the mounting square.Insert a pipe cleaner into each mounting square. Set the sign aside and let it dry.
Time to make some ribbon tails!Cut (12) 14” ribbon tails from two 1.5" and one 2.5" ribbons (you'll have a total of 36 ribbon tails).Dovetail the ends and stack one of each of the three ribbons together.Fold each ribbon tail stack in half and open up. Then insert one stack into each pipe cleaner.
Using the pipe cleaners on the back of the sign, attach the sign to the right side of the wreath design.
Let’s make a bow.Take the first 2.5” ribbon and your EZ Bow Maker. In your hand, make (2) 14” tails and (3) 6” loops. One side will have two loops, while the other side will have one loop and two tails. Place this layer into the EZ Bow Maker to hold it while you work on the next layer.Repeat the process with your first 1.5” ribbon, using the same measurements. Add this layer on top of the previous layer, alternating which side has the two loops. Take the second 1.5” ribbon and repeat again, with the same measurements. Again, alternate the side of the layer where you place the two loops.Add another layer with your third 1.5” ribbon. Add it into the EZ Bow Maker on top of the previous layer.Wrap a pipe cleaner around the center of your bow as you carefully pull it out of the EZ Bow Maker. Twist it tightly. Using the same pipe cleaner, attach your bow to the left side of the wreath base and dovetail the ribbon tails.
Spread and fluff out all the ribbons to make your bow look nice and full.
