Inspect your grapevine wreath base and cut off any pieces that stick out with bolt cutters.
Cut the white floral stems off with bolt cutters and dip each one into hot glue before inserting it into the grapevine base. Add them in all around the base, sliding the stems into the base from the same direction.
Repeat the process with the first color of tulips you want to use. Dip each stem into the hot glue and insert it into an open area in the design. Continue all the way around the wreath.
Follow the same process with the second color of tulips, filling in even more open space in the wreath.
Finally, add the third color of tulips and fill in any remaining open gaps in your design and you work your way around the frame.
It's time to make a simple bow. With your 2.5-inch ribbon, measure out a 7-inch tail, two 5-inch loops, and another 7-inch tail.Grab the 1.5-inch ribbon to make 5 loops, total, in this layer. Measure a 15-inch tail, then a small 3-inch loop. Now add two 4-inch loops behind that single loop. Finally, make two 5-inch loops behind the previous loops and cut another 15-inch tail.Wrap a pipe cleaner around the center and twist it tightly behind the bow. Spread out the layers of the bow, first taking the two long tails down to the bottom and fanning out the remaining loops and tails.Attach the bow to the wreath on the left side of the design with the pipe cleaner. Dovetail the ribbon tails.
