Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Grapevine Base
Before starting, make sure your grapevine wreath base is clean and free of any debris. Also, trim any sharp edges.
Step 2: Create Flower Bundles
First, fluff out the blue sunflower and turquoise spray stems.
Use wire cutters to trim any excess length from the stems.
Then, create two bundles by combining one turquoise spray and one blue sunflower stem in each bundle. Use a zip tie to secure them together.
Step 3: Attach the Bundles
Bend the stems so that the sunflower and turquoise sprays incorporate with each other within their respective bundles.
With the floral side facing outwards on each bundle, connect the two bundles at the stems and secure them with another zip tie.
Step 4: Creating the Bow
Take your 1.5-inch burlap neutral ribbon and create a single or multi-ribbon bow.
Start with a 14" tail, pinch and twist the ribbon, making sure the pretty side is showing. Create three loops on each side of the bow.
Next, incorporate the 2.5-inch burlap window pane ribbon, creating two loops on each side.
Finally, using the 1.5-inch turquoise & white stripe ribbon, make a single loop at the center of the bow. Secure the bow with a pipe cleaner.
Step 5: Attach the Bow and Flower Bundles to the Wreath
Place the blue sunflower and turquoise spray bouquet on the inner left side of the grapevine wreath base.
Use another pipe cleaner to secure the bundles to the wreath base.
Position the bow at the center of the bouquet, and use a pipe cleaner to secure it through the grapevine using the attached pipe cleaner.
