Start by standing your triangle board up and popping the zip ties in to each set of holes. Then lay it down and put the ends of the zip ties together but don't cinch them.
Next, cut 62 10" strips of the orange mesh and 8 of the green mesh. Then take one and fold it in half at a diagonal. Next scrunch the sides towards the center. Then put the mesh into the first zip tie at tip of triangle with the open part towards the tip. Leave about and inch of the closed part of your ruffle on the inside of your zip tie and then cinch the zip tie closed.
Now continue this process working one row at a time until the board is full. Trim the zip ties after each row before you move onto the next. Leave the top row open for now.
For the top row take your mesh squares and scrunch them up the center to make a ruffle. Fold the ruffle in half and add it to the zip ties just like you did your triangle ruffles. Leave the middle three zip ties open, this will be the stem of the carrot.
Next, add zip ties between each orange ruffle on the top row. Make another ruffle for each one but don't fold it in half this time. These ruffles will cover the folds of your other ruffles.
Fluff up your greenery stem so the pieces stand up. Then add it to the center zip tie. Now add triangle ruffles of green mesh to that zip tie and the two on either side of it. Then add another row of zip ties so you can add one more green ruffle layer over top of the greenery stem. These will be regular ruffles, not the triangle ones.
Next, add your bow over your green mesh and then trim your tails.
Finally, add a pipe cleaner to the back to be the hanger.
