Prep the sign to attach to the wreath. Attach 4 mounting squares to the four "corners" of the sign with a dab of super glue. After the super glue dries, spread a thin line of hot glue around all sides of the mounting squares and let dry. Insert pipe cleaners to the mounting squares.
Make ruffles with each of your mesh strips by curling the edges under then scrunching in the middle. Attach using one of the ties on the the wreath frame. Repeat the same process as you move around the frame. I alternated solid and striped mesh.
Now move to the inside row of twists on your wreath base and continue adding a single ruffle to each twist.
Add a second ruffle to each twist, turning the top ruffles “upside down” so that the curls face up.
Time to make our bow. Take your EZ Bow Maker and the 4” ribbon and make 12” tails with (2) 8” loops in an “X” shape.
With the first 2.5” ribbon, make 12” tails with slightly smaller loops. Grab your second 2.5” ribbon and make tails and 7” loops. Do the same process one more time with the third 2.5” ribbon and slightly smaller loops.
Take the first 1.5” ribbon and make 12” tails with 6” loops in the same “X” shape. Follow the process with your second 1.5” ribbon, making the loops slightly smaller. Use your third 1.5” ribbon to make 12” tails with 5” loops.
Make 12” tails and a 4.5" center loop about with your final 1.5” ribbon.
Carefully pull your bow off the EZ Bow Maker and fold a 20" pipe cleaner around the center. Give it a twist to secure it.
Attach the sign to the right side of your wreath with the pipe cleaners on the mounting squares.
Add the bow to the top left portion of your wreath.
Trim all the bow tails in a dovetail shape.
Time to make tails. Use your tail board to measure and cut (8) 14” strips each of 4 different ribbons that you used in your bows. Dovetail the ends.
Make pairs with the ribbons. Grab a tail pair, pinch it in the middle, fold it back, and add it to a twist tie on the base. Continue this process around the base of the wreath, alternating color patterns.
You’ll have 6 pairs of tails left over. Add them to the empty space in your wreath design.
Separate your orange sprigs. Insert sprigs throughout your wreath and add a dab of hot glue to each sprig to secure it.
Separate your purple sprigs. Insert sprigs throughout your wreath and add a dab of hot glue to each sprig to secure it.
Separate your greenery sprigs. Insert sprigs throughout your wreath and add a dab of hot glue to each sprig to secure it.
Fluff out your bow and your florals, and you’re done!
