Take your wire base wreath and your 3 patterns of 10" deco mesh. Use your mesh cutter and cut out four even sections of each ribbon, totaling 16 pieces.
Tie the deco mesh around the metal wreath to make bows. Do this until all pieces of the ribbon are used and the wire wreath is covered fully.
Take your wooden sign and use your staple gun to attach the pipe cleaners and add a drop of hot glue to seal them fully. Now place it to the side until we need it.
Make big bow using the 8 ribbon chosen.
Take the sign/attachment, and thread the pipe cleaners through the mesh and tie the sign to the wreath frame. Take the big bow, and attach to the top left of the sign, arranging it so that it doesn't block your beautiful sign.
With your ribbon tail board, 4" ribbon, 2.5" ribbon, and 3- 1.5" ribbon, we'll make some ribbon tails. Measuring out 14" wrap the ribbons around the ribbon tail board, and count 8 strips of each ribbon. Remove the ribbons from the board and cut on each end, then dove tail the ends of the ribbon tails.
There will be 2 sets of ribbon tails. The first set layer the 1.5" and 4" ribbon. Fold the set in half and scrunch down the center and pinch to form a V shape and add it to each tie starting at the bottom outside row of the wreath frame. Once the ribbon tails are added, spread it out. Continue this throughout the bottom row ties are all filled.
The second set will be a the 2- 1.5" ribbon on top and the 2.5" ribbon on the bottom. Fold the set in half and scrunch down the center and pinch to form a V shape and add it to each remaining tie on the wreath frame.
Be sure to fluff everything out with the bow and ribbon tails!
