Prepare your grapevine base by visually inspecting it and choosing where you're going to work.
Next, remove any tags, hangers, etc from your sign and prepare it so that you can attach it to the grapevine base using pipe cleaners.
Let's prepare the bow. It'll use 2 ribbons to make 6 loops.Start with a tail around 12 inches. Next, make a 5.5-inch loop with your first 1.5-inch ribbon. Pinch, twist, and make another loop. Then do the same thing one more time before you measure out one more tail of equal length. Now, take your second 1.5-inch ribbon and make 2 more tails and 3 more loops of a similar size using the same process from above.Secure your bow with a zip tie around the middle. Then wrap a pipe cleaner over the zip tie and use it to attach the bow to the wreath.Fluff out your bow by spreading your loops and tails apart.
Take your ficus greenery stems and separate the smaller stems from the main stem. Add a dab of hot glue to each stem and insert it, one at a time, into the base. Take turns coming in from above and below the bow so that your greenery surrounds the bow.
Do the same thing with your floral stems, working in a triangle pattern as you add them.
Fluff out your entire design and dovetail your bow tails.
Cut (2) 9-inch strips of each ribbon. Stack one of each ribbon on each other to create ribbon tails. Take each stack and pinch it off at the 8-inch mark then use a zip tie to add it to the grapevine base. Dovetail the ends.
