Instructions
Prep Your Moss Cross
Start with your moss cross base. Lay it flat on your table and figure out where you want to build your floral cluster.
Add Your Greenery Base
Begin with the boxwood bush. Trim it into smaller pieces and glue them down in a fan shape.
Next, go in with your clematis leaves and fern bushes to add depth and texture.
Make sure to keep everything flowing in one direction.
Add Focal Flowers
Now bring in your hydrangea stem. Place it right in the center of your greenery.
Then fill in around it using pieces from the ranunculus bush and floral bush.
Keep your spacing tight so everything feels full.
Shape and Adjust
Don’t be afraid to bend the stems or fluff out the florals so they don’t lay too flat.
Play around with height and direction until it looks balanced from all angles.
Use hot glue generously but carefully—just enough to hold everything in place.
Add Ribbon Accent
Cut a strip of your 1″ shabby silk ribbon and make a simple loop or bow.
Tuck it in on the side or right beneath the hydrangea.
Finishing Touches
Step back and check for any holes or gaps.
Add in extra sprigs of fern or leaves as needed.
Make sure the arrangement looks good from the front and sides.
