Instructions
Prep the Orchids
Begin by carefully separating the orchid blooms from the stems, leaving a small section of stem.
Attach Orchids to the Wreath:
Dip stem into hot glue and insert into grapevine, securing between vines.
Strategically placing your blooms around the wreath for balanced coverage. Use smaller blooms to fill any gaps.
Fluff and Shape:
Once all blooms are attached, gently fluff the orchid petals for a natural appearance.
Creating a bow:
Create a loop and check it against your design for the right size. You want to make it line up with the greenery stems.
Using your 2.5" ribbon create 1 loop (approximately 5") and 1 tail on each side. Trim off ribbon spool.
Repeat with another layer using the same ribbon.
Next with your first 1.5" ribbon create 1 loop on each side, keeping to 5".
Then add the next 1.5" ribbon and repeat twice.
Follow with your next 1.5" ribbon creating a slightly smaller loop.
Next, with your last 1.5" ribbon repeat twice.
Finally, add your 7/8" ribbon creating a single loop.
Secure with a zip tie, adding a pipe cleaner to the bottom of the bow so you can secure it to the wreath.
Fluff out bow.
Adjust any stems as necessary.
