Gift Box Makeover
Turn a regular gift box into a show stopper!
Materials
Instructions
Option 1
- Prep your base.
- Start with a round gift box base.
- Take 1 ribbon and cut a 21” piece and make 1 loop.
- Secure the loop with a pipe cleaner.
- Add the ribbon loop to the top of the gift box using glue.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Add in your greenery and picks.
- Add in some flocked pine picks to the ribbon loop using glue.
- Add a few berry picks.
Option 2
- Prep your base.
- Start with a rectangular gift box base.
- Take 2 ribbons and cut a 21” piece of each and make 1 loop each.
- Layer the ribbon loops.
- Secure the loops with a pipe cleaner.
- Add the ribbon loops to the center top of the gift box using glue.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Add in your greenery and picks.
- Add in some glitter greenery to the ribbon loops using glue.
- Add in a few ball picks.
- Add in some candy picks.
Option 3
- Prep your base.
- Start with a square gift box base.
- Take 1 ribbon and cut 2x21” pieces of and make 1 loop each.
- Secure each loop separately with a pipe cleaner.
- Add a loop on each side of the gift box using glue.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Add in your greenery and picks.
- Add in some glittered flocked pine picks to the ribbon loops using glue.
- Add a few pink glitter fern picks.
- Add in some snowflake picks.
- Add in a few marshmallow picks.
- Add in some candy picks.
- Add in some ball ornaments.
Option 4
- Prep your base.
- Start with a round gift box base.
- Take 2 ribbons and cut a 21” piece of each and make 1 loop each.
- Layer the ribbon loops.
- Secure the loops with a pipe cleaner.
- Add the ribbon loops to the center top of the gift box using glue.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Add in your greenery and picks.
- Add in some white berry greenery to the ribbon loops using glue.
- Add in some snowflake picks.
- Add in some ball ornaments.
