Materials

  • 1 10-inch pancake frame
  • 1 roll Border Stripe Mesh RE85062Y
  • 6 Baby 60919 stems FH8194F2
  • 9 pipe cleaners 20 inch
  • 1 ΒΌ inch staples
  • 1 10-inch wood sign WSB

Instructions

  • Attach pipe cleaners evenly around the 10 inch pancake frame.
  • Gather and attach the 12 mesh pieces to create ruffles.
  • Secure the 10 inch wood sign in the center.
  • Add the Baby 60919 florals around the sign.
  • Fluff, shape, and finish the wreath.
