Summer to Fall Wreath Transition
Instructions
Prepare Filler Sprays:
- Combine two filler sprays using zip ties.
- Bend the sprays to fit the curve of the grapevine wreath.
- Attach the combined sprays to the left side of the wreath using zip ties.
Add Grass Bush:
- Push the grass up on the stems.
- Trim and glue the grass into the grapevine wreath.
Attach Eucalyptus Stems:
- Trim the eucalyptus stems into three pieces each.
- Glue the stems into the wreath, ensuring even distribution.
Insert Yellow Lavender:
- Push up the lavender pieces on the stems.
- Trim and glue the lavender evenly throughout the wreath.
Add Sunflowers:
- Trim and glue sunflowers into the wreath, curving the stems slightly for a natural look.
Incorporate Foam Leaves:
- Use foam leaves to fill any gaps in the design.
- Glue the leaves securely into place.
Make and Attach a Bow:
- Create a bow with 15-inch, 16-inch, and 17-inch loops using burlap ribbon.
- Attach the bow to the wreath, ensuring it flows nicely with the other elements.
- Dovetail the ribbon ends for a polished look.
Optional – Add a Pumpkin:
- For a fall transition, add a foam pumpkin by inserting skewers through the pumpkin and into the grapevine.
- Secure with hot glue.
