Step #4: Repeat the same method making pink mesh petals and insert them into the inner row of zip ties. Clip the excess zip tie.

Step # 5: Cut eight strips of 10” pink poly burlap that are 10” long. Trim a nice clean edge each time to avoid seeing jagged edges on your petals. Use the same method to make eight pink and white mesh petals by folding tip-to-tip and gathering towards that center.

Step #8: Add your smaller petals into the eight zip tie openings in the center of your base. Clip off excess zip ties.

Step #10: Now to separate the second to the last row of petals to spread out the petals and give you twice as many.

Step #11: Add a pipe cleaner through the center two dots of the flower board.

Step #12: Lastly measure a length of black deco-mesh and cut. Fold it in half lengthwise and fold up each end. Gather along the bottom to make a ruffle. Zip tie the bottom of your ruffle tight. Clip the excess zip tie.
