Instructions
Prep Your Wreath Form
- Fluff out all the twist ties on your 10″ wreath form so they’re ready to grab the burlap.
Cut Burlap Strips
- Cut red, white, and blue burlap into 18-inch strips
- You’ll need 6–7 strips per color (adjust depending on how full you want it)
Create Ruffle Bundles
- Take one strip of each color
- Lay them on top of each other and scrunch or ruffle down the center
