- 12-inch Ladybug Metal Sign (MD1322) – DecoExchange

- 2.5-inch Plaid Ribbon – Leftover from a previous project

How to Make a Ladybug Wreath (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Prep Your Frame
- Attach 12-inch pipe cleaners evenly spaced around the 14-inch pancake wreath frame.
- Each pipe cleaner will be used to hold a mesh ruffle and ribbon bundle.
Step 2: Cut Your Mesh
- Cut your 10-inch deco mesh into 20-inch strips.
- You’ll need about 18-20 pieces to cover your frame nicely.
Step 3: Add Mesh Ruffles
- Scrunch each piece of mesh in the center to create a “ruffle.”
- Attach each ruffle to the frame using the pipe cleaners.
Step 4: Create Ribbon Tails
- Cut your 2.5-inch ladybug ribbon and plaid ribbon into 12–14 inch strips.
- Dovetail the ends for a clean, finished look.
Step 5: Layer and Attach Ribbon
- Pair one ladybug ribbon with one plaid ribbon.
- Pinch them together in the center and add them on top of each mesh ruffle using the pipe cleaners.
Step 6: Add the Ladybug Sign
- Center your 12-inch metal ladybug sign on the wreath.
- Use extra pipe cleaners or floral wire to secure it tightly to the frame.

Instructions

- Attach 12” pipe cleaners evenly around the pancake wreath frame.
- Cut deco mesh into 20” strips and create ruffles by scrunching the center.

- Cut ladybug and plaid ribbon into 12–14” strips, dovetail ends.
- Layer one ladybug and one plaid ribbon, pinch, and attach over each ruffle.
- Center and attach the 12” metal sign using the floral wire.
