When you look at a door hanger what attracts you first? The shape, the ribbon used, or the bow placements? I think for me it really just depends! With the steps I am going to teach you today you will fall in love with how simple making a wreath is when using a premade form.

I bet you would have never believed that the white pumpkins and the raffia were already on this wreath before I started.

Using a premade wreath form helps you not only mass produce wreaths but also helps you get more bang for your buck when it comes to wreath making. The only thing I added to this wreath was a much better bow, and some raffia.

Supplies

• grapevine wreath base pumpkin shaped
• picks and sprays pumpkins
• greenery sprays
• 1 1.5 wired ribbon pumpkin or fall themed
• raffia
• scissors
• EZ Bow Maker
• zip ties

How to A Pumpkin Wreath Door Hanger

Step 1

Take your ribbon and cut them into 32 inches and cut 8 of them.

Step 2

Using your ribbon strips make your bow. Alternating ribbon strips and making two loops in the middle. Add in raffia to bow. Secure with a zip tie. You can make the bow by holding it by hand or putting it on an EZ ribbon board. 

Step 3

Fluff out the wreath by taking each pumpkin and straw piece and separating them. 

Step 4

Attach bow in the middle of pumpkin wreath where the bow was already attached. and fluff and spread your ribbon tails out. 

Step 5

Using your scissors dove tail the end of your ribbons.
