At one point or another you probably caught one of our Facebook LIVES or watched a video tutorial we shared across the interwebs. We’ve gotten a ton questions from our community members asking what tools we use for creating video tutorials.
Tools for Creating Video Tutorials
Check out the video below to take a tour of our production studio.
LIGHTING FOR VIDEO TUTORIALS
Light Kits! If you’re in the business of selling wreaths online your pictures will sell your products! Make sure you have good lighting to get the best picture possible!
The ring light – This is a must have light if you’re going to do Facebook live!
Light Ring for Phone… This little ring really makes a difference when you take pictures or quick lives! Especially if you’re missing a light kit… This little light will take years off of your face & make your products look 110% better!
STAGING TOOLS FOR VIDEO
The photo backdrop… Having this easily changeable photo backdrop that goes from white to black makes it easy for students, customers, and Facebook live viewers to see the details in a wreath while viewing live or in a picture! (Don’t forget the stand for it!)
CAMERA AND SETUP TOOLS
The Mevo and I have a love/hate relationship, but at the end of the day I wouldn’t want to be running my shop without it! This camera is what I use to do all of my Facebook Lives, trainings, and tutorials!
APPS AND SOFTWARE FOR IMAGE & VIDEO EDITING
PicTapGo – This is a super simple app that you can use to adjust lighting and add filters to make your images look incredible!
Canva – We make everything from our video thumbnails to our blog post images in Canva. You’ll save so much time if you create templates for yourself.
Filmora – This is one of the most user-friendly video editors out there.
