Fall is right around the corner, and I want to provide some inspiration for your new autumn wreath projects. Check out all of these ideas for fall wreaths that you can make!
Hey, y’all! Autumn has an energy about it that’s strongly attractive: warm days and crisp, chilly nights. The smells, the sounds, the colors. Many people love the fall for lots of reasons.
Me? I love the fall season for the brilliant, amazing colors that are SO fun to work with. I find so much inspiration in the reds, purples, greens, oranges, yellows, and browns. Oh and don’t forget about the gourds, pumpkins, trucks and so much more.
At the same time, I know that where I might find inspiration, others may find…nothing. Fall marks the start of a wreath maker’s “busy season” so it’s time to kick up production into high gear.
Adornment Ideas for Autumn Wreaths
My favorite part of making fall wreaths is that there are a huge number of textures and adornments that you can add to your wreath designs beyond the normal deco mesh, ribbons, and florals.
If you are ready to get creative, here are a few ideas of fall-themed adornments that make any wreath look designer-made:
- Faux cotton
- Berry stems
- Fake pumpkins
- Fall signs
- Scarecrows or other figures
